Ten years lending experience with major money center banks, including the Irving Trust Company and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
Lending experience included both national and international assignments including equipment leasing and Mergers and Acquisitions work specializing in Leveraged Buy Out transactions.
Valuation Experience:
Regional Manager for American Appraisal Company, the worlds largest at the time in their Los Angeles, California office; specializing in Solvency Opinions and Real Estate Valuation.
Valuation Experience includes twenty years of national valuation engagements including intangible assets and real estate for commercial, industrial, multi-family, special purpose type facilities, and other properties for various clients throughout the United States. A major emphasis has been in the Western region, especially California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado. Specific properties appraised include all types of Office Buildings, warehouses, factories, medical facilities, restaurants, service stations, theaters, apartment complexes, ranches, gravel pits and quarries, nursing homes, truck terminals, banks and other special purpose facilities such as churches, recording studios, golf courses, business parks, mini-malls, regional malls, parks, subdivisions, car washes, convalescent care facilities, food processing plants, lumber yards, mini-warehouses, schools, and research and development facilities.
