ROBERT H. HUNT (ASA candidate)
Present Position
Mr. Hunt is a senior appraiser with The Mentor Group, Inc. out of our Chicago office with full responsibility for the appraisal of machinery and equipment, and inventory. Mr. Hunt is also skilled at the remarketing of machinery and equipment.
Valuation Skills and Experience
Mr. Hunt has been performing appraisals since 1976. His experience includes the valuation of machinery and equipment used for industrial manufacturing, technology, food processing, and agriculture. He also has extensive experience in valuing construction and transportation equipment, as well as commercial aircraft. Mr. Hunt has also been involved in the resale of many types of equipment both on an orderly liquidation basis and on an auction basis. Additionally, he has extensive experience in residual value forecasting for lease purposes. Mr. Hunt was the Appraisal Manager for a $4 Billion equipment portfolio for many years. He has also served as an expert witness on numerous occasions.
